Justin Ponticelli Solutions LLC provides professional consulting and coaching services. These services are strategic, educational, and developmental in nature. They are designed to support clarity, decision‑making, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
These services are not medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or clinical in nature.
Coaching is session‑based and conversational. It focuses on clarity, leadership, and problem‑solving. Coaching does not include deliverables, reports, or project work.
Consulting is custom‑scoped and may include research, analysis, design, evaluation planning, or organizational support. Consulting engagements may include deliverables, written materials, or structured project work.

Mental health services or therapy
Medical advice or treatment
Legal advice or representation
Accounting, tax preparation, or financial advising
Any service requiring a professional license, certification, or clinical credential
Nothing discussed in coaching or consulting sessions should be interpreted as medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Clients should seek licensed or certified professionals for those needs.
All consulting invoices are issued through QuickBooks. Each client receives a personalized invoice link by email. Payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice.
Coaching sessions and bundles must be paid in full before scheduling. Payment is processed through secure QuickBooks payment links.
Coaching sessions and bundles are non‑refundable. You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Consulting fees are non‑refundable once work has begun, as time and resources are allocated immediately.
You may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or no‑shows with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
Consulting rescheduling follows the terms outlined in your proposal or agreement.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information
Communicate in a timely manner
Attend scheduled sessions on time
Complete any agreed‑upon tasks or preparation
Use services responsibly and professionally
All client information is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law. Coaching and consulting sessions are private and not recorded unless both parties agree in writing.
All materials, frameworks, tools, and content provided by Justin Ponticelli Solutions LLC remain the intellectual property of the business. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.
While I provide professional expertise and support, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justin Ponticelli Solutions LLC is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Decisions made by the client
Actions taken based on coaching or consulting discussions
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

In addition to individual coaching, Justin Ponticelli Solutions LLC provides project‑based consulting services for organizations, businesses, government entities, and community partners. These engagements may include research, evaluation planning, data collection, analysis, facilitation, community engagement, or other scoped project work.
Clients may provide organizational, programmatic, or operational information as part of these engagements. All such information is treated as confidential and used solely for the purposes of completing the contracted work.
Any data collected during a project (including surveys, interviews, focus groups, stakeholder input, or organizational documents) is used only for the scope of work agreed upon and is not shared outside the project team unless required by law or explicitly authorized by the client.
